Christine Leslie

Posted: 20th March 2024

We are all deeply saddened to have to tell you that our Governor, Christine Leslie, has passed away after succumbing to a short illness. Christine was very much part of Fine Arts College for than more than 15 years.  When we met, she had already had a long and distinguished career in education as a headteacher, an ISI inspector, and an independent education consultant. Christine played a significant role on our scholarship panel and her input was always sensitive and perceptive. She also gave invaluable advice to our younger and more fragile students.  When we became part of Dukes Education in 2015, we were delighted that Christine was appointed our Governor. She used her wealth of experience and wisdom to help us guide and nurture all our students. She was a great personal friend and will be very much missed by everyone at Fine Arts.

Open Day

25th November

We believe that prospective students and parents can only really understand what makes Hampstead Fine Arts College so special by coming to visit us and experiencing our unique atmosphere for themselves.

At our Open Day you will hear in more detail about the values and vision of the College, its staff and its students, and enjoy a full tour of the College as well as the opportunity to speak to members of staff.

After this, you are welcome to book an interview with the Principal or the Head which is an opportunity to discuss subject choices in the context of each student’s personal interests and higher education goals.

Please contact the College through our website or a phone call to book a place if you would like to attend an Open Day. To arrange an interview or to book yourself into an Open Day, speak directly to Meena, our Director of Admissions, on 0207 586 0312.
