Year 9s visit Lee Krasner Exhibition

Our year 9s took a trip to the Barbican to see the ‘Living Colour’ exhibition, which celebrates the work and life of Lee Krasner, pioneer of Abstract Expressionism. Lee once said, “I like a canvas to breathe and be alive. Be alive is the point.”. This is the first major presentation of her work in Europe for more than 50 years.
