FAC Students Visit Brighton Pavilion

Yesterday, our Lower Sixth History of Art, and English Literature students took a day trip to the Royal Pavilion in Brighton, built as a seaside pleasure palace for King George IV.An exotic palace in the centre of Brighton with a colourful history. An exotic palace with a colourful history, this is one of the buildings which students have already studied on their ‘Identities’ unit and the trip reinforced their knowledge and awareness of context.
