Helena is an Oscar, BAFTA and Golden Globe nominated actress whose breakthrough role was Lucy Honeychurch in the classic movie adaptation of A Room with a View.

The film proved a huge critical success winning 8 Oscar nominations and Helena went on to star in The Wings of the Dove winning several awards for Best Actress.

She has gone on to become a leading Hollywood actress starring in films such as Planet of the Apes, Fight Club, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix and most recently Sweeney Todd with Johnny Depp for which she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress.

Helena has been signed to play the Red Queen in Tim Burton's 2010 film Alice in Wonderland alongside Anne Hathaway, Johnny Depp and Daniel Craig. She is also due to reprise the role of Bellatrix Lestrange in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
