Mathematics at AS/A Level consists of two compulsory Core Pure Maths units and one applied Maths unit. The choice will be determined in relation to the students other AS/A Level subjects and their perceived future aims for Higher Education or employment.
There are two compulsory core units of Pure Maths and one Applied Maths unit chosen from Statistics, Mechanics, and Decision Maths.
Further Mathematics is also available.
Students should preferably have a grade A at GCSE Maths.
